Vintage Glass Diorama MADE IN ITALY Mica House Steeple

I'll be honest, I'm not sure exactly what it's supposed to be in the center of this. I see what looks like a house or building, and a steeple and not sure what the tall part on the left is. Either way, it is pretty and would look great in a Christmas display! Measures approximately 2" in diameter (a little over that actually).
