Vintage Givenchy Gold Tone Pendant Necklace. This necklace features a heart shaped gold tone pendant with a small faux pearl cabochon at the bottom. This heart shaped pendant can be opened and closed like a locket without the hinge joint. The chain is a gold tone cable chain connected by a large toggle clasp.
