Vintage '80s toddler kids green party dress. Velvet, with a removable bow collar. Your kid can have a cute Christmas or holiday outfit and then you throw the collar on and they'll have a cute spring or easter dress. There's a small stain on the front lace, as pictured, but it's lovely, especially considering it's probably 40+ years old.
