Excellent condition black Giorgio Sant' Angelo velour sleeveless plus size top. Tailored bust area and soft velvety feel luxurious very stretchy fabric. I couldn't find a specific date for this top, but the designer created tops like this in the 1970s and 1980s. Neutral and comfortable top that is easy to dress up or dress down and will match almost anything. Also great for layering.
