Excellent Used Condition, no brand or size tag. Back of collar does have thread loose, see last photo. Vintage gingham prairie picnic dress with tie belt. V- Neck and 3 buttons down front. Sleeves have elastic cuffs and a slight puff at the shoulders- super cute! No material tag but very soft, cotton? Adorable lace detail throughout. No size tag but close to a small, please see measurements. Length 45" Pit to pit 17" Waist 12" but has elastic band Shoulder 16" Sleeve 22"
