Vintage Gillian silk dress sz 6 green button down hourglass shape collar pockets

Vintage Gillian Green 100% silk dress with a flattering hourglass shape. Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, collar, pockets, and button-down details. Has two small loops for a belt, but the original belt/tie is missing. You can easily substitute with your favorite belt. This dress is in excellent condition except for a few very small marks on the back of the collar. Please see photos for details. I have not tried to remove these spots nor have I taken the dress to a professional cleaner.
