Stoneware Stein "Trinke Stets Mill Mass und Zeit" Pweter Lid, W. Germany 1/2 Liter. The beer stein has a hand painted colorful center indoor scene featuring 2 male customers and a standing woman, probably a server. On each side of the scene are some grape leaf scrolls on which is written in German. "Trinke Stets Mill Mass und Zeit" - "Nie Zuwenig Nie zuviel" . I believe the lid is pewter. Great detailed piece. The interior of the stein is a light tan color. SIZE: approx 8.5 inches high x 5" inches wide from side to edge of handle. CONDITION: Great vintage condition
