Vintage German - Silver-Plated, Duck on Handle Baby Cup - WMF - EUC - VGUC

Very Vintage German, Silver-Plated, Duck on Handle, Baby Cup - WMF - EVC - VGUC WMF maker’s mark, stands for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, a German metalworking fabrication company, in production from 1880 until about 1945. They invented the “perfect hard silver plating” method still in use today. This cup is in gorgeous, excellent vintage condition. There are no dents or warping of the metal. There’s slightly dark spots of tarnishing on the inside bottom. Exterior bottom stamped WMF trademark. Minor scratches to exterior and bottom. From what I could research online, this particular version of their makers mark indicates it was made between 1880 and 1910, but I cannot confidently state that it is over 100 years old, or an antique. It is almost an antique for sure. The cup has been hand polished, but could be polished further and cleaned up more by someone who’s determined.
