Rare Vintage German Pewter Decorative Gun Powder Flask / Bottle / Canteen This is a very nice German Decorative Old hunting gunpowder flask. A replica of the antique powder horn / flask. The bottle is made of solid pewter (zinc). Likewise, the closure, a metal strap for wall mounting complements the whole. The gun powder bottle has two faces: 1) ancient Greek scene of 2 men fighting (or hugging) and 2) medallion with a floral design. The mechanism opens but is clogged and cannot be used for gunpowder. The flask, for its age, is in a very good condition, I can not see any damage. But please take a look at the photos, they also say a lot. Weight is approx. 15.2 oz
