Vintage Gerald E. Henn Workshops Woven Basket 1999

Charming woven basket featuring a cute cat design. Perfect for storage or decoration. Warm brown color. Dated 1999. This is a vintage basket from the "Workshops of Gerald E. Henn" in Warren, Ohio. Gerald E. Henn's family has been crafting items in Warren, Ohio, for five generations. They are known for producing high-quality, handcrafted dinnerware, bakeware, and serving pieces.  The basket is in excellent vintage condition. I don't see any broken weaves. There are a couple of darker places on the bottom of the basket inside. I don't know if it is from wear or in the basket itself. Either way it doesn't affect the presentation nor the use of the basket. It measures 9 1/2 inches long and 7 inches wide. It is about 5 1/4 in depth. It is stamped on the bottom: From the Workshops of Gerald E. Henn, Warren, Ohio. The initials are ABN I believe as they are difficult to read. 99 is the year and I'm not sure what 9/21 is and then the letter F. This is a great basket and it has a little kitten hanging on the front. A great find for basket collectors. Reference: Toy Chest 2 Right side
