Online states Size 38 borders Size Small - Med Estimated Measurements: Shoulder to bottom: 23” Top of shoulder seam to bottom arm cuff: 23” Right shoulder seam across back to left shoulder seam: 17” Length around the whole bottom: 36 1/2” From my own collection, I am not a store.
