Vintage Genuine Brass Buffalo Horn Necklace please read description

This necklace was made from slices of buffalo horn black and cream horns. The center of the horn is hollow allowing for blood flow ie: the disc you see. Each are sanded smooth but not polished as it would take from the natural beauty. The beads are made from the thicker part of the horns. The beading is in thick cord and the disc are attached by brass rings with a brass hook clasp. These were hand crafted and the craft has been passed down through the ages. This is not just a necklace it is indeed a piece of history and art and appreciation of materials and craftsmanship.
