Vintage Gaucho Pants Flared Skirt Pants Capri Length Flowy Wide Leg Rayon Pants Extra pleated fabric along waistline gives these a look of being a skirt but are actually pants. Goucho Pants Very unique and a gorgeous look. 1980s 1990s retro style pants length may hit above ankle or mid calf. All rayon with elastic. Measures laying flat the waist is 13 1/2 so its a real 26-27 inch waist then flares out at waist so it could probably be altered to fit a different size waist with all the fabroc and pleats. Forenza Size 6 or small Black Rayon Measurements: Laying flat, the Waist is 14 inches or 28 inches around. Waist band is 1 1/2 inches wide with 2 button clasp at side and zipper just below. The Crotch seam is 19 inches below the top of garment.  These are pleated so there is lots of fabric streches out to be 54 inches around measured along the bottom of pockets (or 27 inches if laid flat). Total LENGTH is 36 inches from top of waist. You could probably pretty easily have the waist band changed out to be a few inches of a larger size because there is so much room within the fabric both horizontaly and vertically, however, I am not a seamstress so please dont rely on my opinion about this but looks like it could be done. bohemian pleated gothic flared leg wide leg pants
