Vintage Garnet Trapeze Shift Dress

Amazing vintage condition, very minimal wear, no damage that I can find. Glamorous trapeze silhouette that gives me 60s vibes (that's my guess). See example photos of this silhouette on the body. Deep garnet red color with pewter-tone ornate hardware on the shoulders. Additional hidden snaps make the shoulder closure more secure. No fabric tag, but I would guess both the shell and the lining are polyester blend. The shell has a wool-like texture (possible wool polyester blend?), satin-like lining. Approximate measurements: length 37 inches, chest 48 inches. No size tag, but based on the measurements, I would call it a modern 1X.
