Vintage Gap Velvet Floral Burnout Dress Kids

Black dress from gap kids with floral burnout design on the top and solid black on the bottom. There is a spot of discoloration that I have not tried to address (pictured). The elastic around the button has given out in one part but is still elastic on the other half. Overall good condition for the age. Size kids XS. Bodice: 64% rayon / 36% polyester Skirt: 93% rayon / 5% nylon / 2% spandex Approximate Measurements: pit to pit - 12.5" length - 20"
