This is a vintage, 1982 Galoob Shirt Tales Digger wind up walking toy. Digger has a few minor paint rubs as seen on his muzzle. His colors are still solid with a little age yellowing along back seam as shown. Wind up mechanism still works, but he does not walk independently.
