Vintage GE PR-1 Exposure Meter for Film or Plates w/ Leather Case- Repairable?

General Electric PR-1 Exposure Meter, made in the USA. Classic analog light meter designed for use with film cameras or glass plates. Comes with the original brown leather carrying case and neck strap. Dial and markings are clear and intact. The case is excellent except for some color loss to the leather. The windows are all clean and nice but no response when checked, so selling as-is for parts, repair, or display. Great vintage photography collectible or prop with mid-century industrial style.
