Vintage G1 My Little Pony Surprise Pegasus Hair Cut TLC Hasbro MLP Rare HTF

This is the Non So Soft version from Year 3. She could use some TLC. Her hair is soft, and it still has some curl. I think the mane is the original length, or it's at least really close, but the tail has been cut a bit. She has some light surface dirt, and a few stray marks and stains (some of them look like they may be age spots?), but they are mainly mixed in between her legs so they aren't very noticeable on display. She may have a few other minor flaws, but overall she still looks good to me. She has a blush rub to one cheek, one of her eyes has some wear to the black part, and the balloon strings have faded somewhat, If you can give her a new tail, she will be nice again though!
