Vintage G1 My Little Pony Confetti Rainbow Hair Cut TLC Hasbro MLP Rare HTF

She could use some TLC. Her hair is soft and she doesn't have any missing plugs, but the tail is definitely cut, and I think the mane may have been trimmed a bit too, although if it has been it's still really close to her original length. Her body is somewhat yellowed/discolored looking, but not terribly so. She has some light surface dirt, and a bit of faint blue staining above both eyes, plus a small spot on the back of her rump below her tail that might be an age spot? She also has some scraping? to the plastic on one front leg and under her chin-- I'm not sure what it is. She may have a few other stray marks and/or other minor flaws.
