Vintage G1 My Little Pony Baby Whirly Twirl Boy EXC Excellent Hasbro Rare HTF

Excellent overall condition. He has a special swivel head which makes his head turn: this is a feature of the pony as designed by Hasbro, not a flaw. His hair is soft and uncut with no missing plugs. He is clean overall and I don't see any marks or stains or anything like that on him. He may have a few minor flaws, but overall he still looks good to me. His symbols on both sides have a few small bits of rubbing/wear, but otherwise he has little to no paint wear.
