She could use some TLC. Her hair is soft and she doesn't have any missing plugs. It's still a nice pink color too, but the mane and tail have both been cut, and the mane sticks up funny because of that. It's a shame because she's actually pretty nice otherwise. She is clean overall and I don't see any major marks or stains or anything like that on her. She does have what looks like some glue? on one ear which looks like it might come out if you're careful. She may have a few other minor flaws, but overall her body is still good. She also has little to no paint wear. She might be a cute custom rehair project!
