Vintage Frosted Glass Baby Blue W Clear Flowers GWTW Style Hurricane Parlor Lamp

This stunning Gone With The Wind style vintage hurricane lamp features clear flowers are in the midst of the frosted baby blue glass. It stands 15 inches tall and is about 6 inches wide. It has the original cord and it works. However, the switch to turn it on does not click on and off. To turn it on twist the knob clockwise and counterclockwise to turn off. I don't know if it worked that way originally or if the "click" has worn out over time. Only the top lights up, there is no light in the bottom globe. There are no chips or cracks to the glass. The bottom of the globe is uneven around the edge and there are some spots on the globe, some may be scuffs. I am not sure if they will come off, I haven't tried for fear of damaging the finish. The inside area around the bulb also has some rust. Please review all pics and feel free to ask any questions
