Provenance: This vintage French religious medal features two beloved saints—Saint Joseph and Saint Jean-Baptiste (John the Baptist)—beautifully rendered on opposing sides. Likely produced for devotional wear or rosary use, it embodies the humble craftsmanship of mid-century French Catholic tokens. Description: Made of a non-magnetic lightweight silver-tone metal, the medal measures 1 inch long by 0.75 inch wide. One side depicts St. Joseph holding the Christ Child with the French inscription “SAINT JOSEPH PRIEZ POUR NOUS” (Saint Joseph, pray for us).
