Vintage French Canisters Aluminum Brass Kitchen Canisters Nesting Set Numbered

Vintage Set of Four Nesting Canisters in Aluminum, circa 1940s. For storage in your kitchen, bathroom, craft room or anywhere! Featuring: + Encircling ridges with hammered details + Brass Plate Labels attached with rivets, retro lettering: One, Two, Three & Four. This charming set was either made in France (perhaps for English export) or made in the French style, as you typically see these labeled Farine, Sucre, etc. The numbers are far more versatile, less limiting! SIZE: The graduated set from largest to smallest measures: 8” H by 5 1/2” diameter 7” H by 4 3/4” diameter 6” H by 4” diameter 5” H by 3 1/4” diameter CONDITION: Overall excellent vintage condition with some of the expected general signs of age, such as surface scratching. I do not see any dents, but note that the “one” label is a bit charmingly crooked, and “three” has some additional surface wear, spotting. If perfection is desired, aluminum can be buffed with fine steel wool to even out scratches or other marks.
