Vintage Framed Signed Original Pastel/Chalk Drawing Rural Landscape

Signed original rural/park cityscape drawing in pastels/chalk. Vibrant blues and greens. Can’t quite decipher artist name, but appears to be dated 1962, making it well over 60 years old! Matted and framed under glass. First photo is without the glass to eliminate reflections. No damage to image found. I believe the frame is wood.
