It is over 13 inches wide and over 14 inches tall. The matting is tan with a moss green border inside. The frame is solid wood colored in metallic gold and the entire piece is covered with glass. The subject is two young children reaching to feed a caged bird with a kitten looking on. The subject matter is turn of the century.
