Vintage Fostoria, Clear Glass Press Molded Rearing Horse Figurine 1940s

A very handsome horse figurine, originally part of a set of two from the 1940s. This horse figurine displays stunningly from all angles. Made by Fostoria Glass Company, it was first introduced in the 1940s as part of the Fostoria Animals and Figurines Collection. It has a bit of art deco design look. This great piece has a flowing tail and mane and is hollow inside. Still very weighty. He measures 7.75 inches high, 5.5 inches long and 3 1/8 inch deep. There are no chips, scratches or cracks.
