This is a flowy mini cottage core or coastal boho dress in adorable flamingo pink from Forever 21 made during the Y2K era with a high waist or baby doll style. It has embroidered flowers and is made of 100% cotton exterior and the lining is breathable and light Indian cotton finished with a cute lace hem very feminine style. Pullover style, baby doll empire waist it has no zipper with a ruched elastic waist and back. Preloved in perfect condition with no stains and perfect stretch. Size small measurements pictures will fit sizes 2 to 4. This is part of my closet collection.
