Vintage Forever 21 Red and Black Jacket Pea Coat

Pristine Vintage a small boutique called Forever 21 before they become enormous. It was special because the store was so small and packed with goodies. Plaid Pea Coat Excellent Condition. This was purchased at Forever 21 when the stores first came into being the merchandise was runway quality and clothes were exceptionally special. This is one of those pieces.
