Vintage Forever 21 Low Rise Cuffed Denim Shorts

I believe there are a size 1, could fit a 24-25 waist Tag is missing cause it used to bother me when I wore them so I cut it off a long time ago but these were bought from Forever 21 in the early 2000s ! Super soft, the tag has faded a lot but it does say these are cotton These are at least 15 years old but they held up amazingly over the years and have no flaws really No holes, rips or stains
