Vintage embellished Forever 21 Black Short Sleeve Tee with birds and floral Stylish black tee with elegant cream floral and bird design. Short sleeves. The back has a heart design that says "Love forever" The back gems are missing on some parts. Frayed style seems and slight v-neck. no stains. It is vintage so does show wear. Comes from cat friendly home Size Medium but would probably fit a small too.
