Since this is a vintage item…wondering about size…currently a modern day size 18…would this be too small?

@amccampb it may be a bit snug, but I would suggest measuring the bust (straight across, laid flat) of a current coat you wear, and compare it to the measurements provided, to get an idea of fit.
