Vintage Folk Art Seashell Elephant Figurine Philippines READ CONDITION

FLAW NOTE: Upon close inspection, some of the smaller, delicate snail shells covering the figurine are broken or have missing tips due to age and handling (see close-up images). This is a charming piece of vintage beach folk art, a whimsical elephant figurine entirely covered in various types of tiny seashells. The elephant is meticulously crafted from small, tightly packed shells, including spiraled land snail shells in shades of white and brown. It has black bead or shell eyes and a small red painted mouth. The piece features a "MADE IN PHILIPPINES" paper sticker on the bottom, characteristic of souvenir shell art from the mid-to-late 20th century.
