Circa 1996 Flower shopped shutters opens for a picture. (fits approx 3.5 x 3 inch size photo) The top shutter is open for a smaller picture. (fits approx 1.5 x 1.5 inch size photo) Artwork is flowers, with a balcony and a cat. Has a back stand for tabletop, but, does not have a back hook for wall hanging. The frame is great shape, with the exception of a minor flaws on back of the frame.
