Vintage Florence Walsh wool houndstooth maxi skirt

This is a vintage heavy wool long Slim woven houndstooth wool skirt. Fully lined with back slit and back zipper the tag size is 10 but the waist is Tiny and may have been altered. Please see measurements. Waist is approximate and laying flat with minimal stretch 12 in. Hip about 19.5. Length is about 36 waist to hem in the slit opening is in between 13 and 14 in. This fabric is such nice quality it would make a great tailoring project. Overall condition is very good, see pics of loose threads
