Vintage Floral and Lace Peplum Blouse

This beautiful blouse features a pattern of petite roses/flowers trimmed in black lace. V-neck front with a row of looped buttons. Peplum style with dolman sleeves. Equally pretty worn open as a sort of bolero jacket. If clothing were architecture, this blouse is reminiscent of the floral trimmed ironwork a-la New Orleans or even Barcelona’s Gothic quarter.
