'Vintage' Floral Sleeveless Flare Dress!

'Vintage' look floral sleeveless, round neck, fit-and-flare dress with lacey waist accent! Size 12, pit to pit measures 19.5", waist 17", and length from shoulder to hem 39". Sea foam green, 65% cotton, 35% polyester fabric. There is a small mark below the waist, I have not tried to remove it (please see the last picture). Brand new with tags!!
