Vintage Floral Sleeveless Dress - Blue and Green - Appears Handmade ? No tags

This reminds me of the dresses I saw my mother, aunts and grandmother wearing in photos in the late 60’s & early 70’s. It appears to be hand made, please see photos for measurements. PLEASE MEASURE against something of yours that fits. There is little to no give in this fabric. I don’t sew, so if there are other measurements needed please lmk and I’d be happy to provide more. This dress is so gorgeous. It looks ready to go to Miami or Palm Springs. It would be great for an evening out of or paired with a jacket or cardigan for the office. Super fun dress.
