Casual Corner Short sleeve, open chest blouse with ruffle-button detail for closing the bottom of the blouse. Black and white floral print Material: N/A (likely a polyester blend) Measurements (inches/flat/approx): Pit to Pit 19” | Waist 17” | Length 24” In excellent vintage condition.
