Vintage Floral Green Strappy Maxi Dress with matching cape size XS

With interesting shoulder strap detail, embroidered decollage, ruched bust and a delightful little chiffon cape with bow tie at the neck. 13” zip fastening down the back (hook and eye need replacing) for a figure hugging fit. 36” across the chest, cape is 15” around the neck, dress is 55” long. No Tags at all but fabric is polyester and size I would say is XS to Small. Hole in the fabric 12” from the bottom of the skirt at back as seen on one of last pics has been repaired - shown on last pic.
