Vintage Fish Maxi Dress

Adorable vintage dress. Bright blue with white fish motif. There are no size or material tags but fabric is a cotton blend with a minimal amount of stretch. It is in great condition but there are some very faded spots on the front in two places. I have included pictures. Please see measurements below for fit.
