Vintage Filigree Brooch

I bought this from a vintage store years ago as a cape brooch for my long, velvet LOTR cape. It's thick & strong, & holds heavy fabric really well. It's also never tarnished, which is how I know it's not silver, but also that it's a good quality metal, most likely pewter covered brass. Box is not original, but it is a brooch box in great shape. I ended up getting a different brooch for my cape, so I no longer need this. Best for it to go to another cape loving home lol. It's in excellent used condition.
