This may be the original festival dress! This vintage maxi dress is fully lined and made from polyester material. It is thick, heavy, and really well made—style with black leather boots and a black leather motorcycle jacket. Measurements: Shoulder - 16" Waist - 17.5" Length - 40" Sleeve - 23" Please Note- All my vintage is in at least better than good condition.
