Stunning feminine details on this vintage cornflower blue(purple) tone on tone polka dot long sleeve dress. Ruffle neckline and cuffs in addition to puff shoulder, with removable belt. Button down front and 4 button cuff. Lined. Condition: Overall very good to excellent used condition. No rips or stains. There is a single button missing from the right sleeve. See photos. Note: Will be adding measurements. Seems to be a size small. Part of the proceeds from the sale of this dress will be donated to a local food bank.
