Vintage Feather Circle Cap Hat Black Whimsy Wig-Toque Netting Mid Century 50s

Vintage 1950's black feathered wig-toque/ whimsy circle hat Unique mid century wig-toque or whimsy hat made of stiffened netting covered in layers of black feathers and accented with black velvet circles Single layer of soft net overlaid on two layers of the stiff net (the stiff net has a hole in the crown but the soft net does not) ***Feathers are glued on to the netting, and the velvet circles are glued on to the feathers. There are a few glue spots visible where feathers have fallen off and a bare spot in the front where the feathers are curved inward on each side.
