Super cute 70’s style dress, I can imagine seeing it in the movie “Nine to Five” 😀 The material is a periwinkle lightweight polyester that would be difficult to wrinkle. It comes with a little belt to tie in a bow. Soo cute! Measurements are Bust: 42 inches or 21 inches armpit to armpit Waist: 28 inches unstretched with more room because it is elastic.
