Vintage Express Silvertone Metal Cuffs Y2K - Set of Two

Vintage (approx 2005ish give or take) Y2K silver tone cuffs from Express. Please note there is mild wear (some scuffing etc) on both of these. Please see photos and video. These are vintage pieces that were enjoyed for many years, single owner, still in very good condition, but they were worn. They still look great on! I suggest these for smaller wrists, please see photos for sizing. Pet friendly, nonsmoking home.
