Vintage Express Pink Rose Spaghetti Strap Midi Dress 90s Y2K Size 9/10 Floral

This is a vintage dress from the brand Express. It's a midi length pink dress with giant roses coming from the bottom. I bought this dress in the late 90s/early 2000s (Y2K). I recently found it in my closet when I was moving. The dress has two noted stain spots, one on the front one on the back, as shown in pictures. The spots blend in with the pattern well and are not super noticeable. Care tags and measurements are included in the pictures.
