Oversized and Vintage? What could be better? This blouse is from Express, but like from Express in the early days. It has been preserved until this season when Florals and oversized blouses are all the rage. The colors in this one are so beautiful too. 100% Silk Shoulder pads were removed, but it does have Velcro if you would like to add some. Shoulder pads in by the way. Not stretchy, size Medium. 🌸34🌸
