Adorable floral rayon romper by Express under their Compagnie Internationale label. Size 9/10 fits like a medium. Ptp 19", waist 16", hips 21"+ (darts allow for more but tough to measure). Great vintage condition, gentle wear with minor pilling in a few places. Button front, plastic but look like shell (extra included). No pockets on this. Super cute!
